"Maintaining Good Communication with Your Sales Rep"
I placed an order for a center speaker. Ms. Demi, a super nice business rep, provided me with a temporary fix by lending me another center speaker until mine arrived. In the end, my ordered center speaker was delivered. I really appreciate her help!

The team really knew their stuff and showed genuine interest in helping me pick the right gear for what I needed, unlike some places that just push what they want to sell. It was a total joy to work with them, from beginning to finish.
I was on the hunt for a full system and after checking out a bunch of other hi-fi stores, it became obvious that Nintronics really cares about what they sell. When I first called to set up a demo with Adam, the vibe was super relaxed. After I decided what I wanted, I ordered my amp and speakers, and they showed up in just a week. Really quick!
I’d definitely go back.

They make everything easy, and the team is fantastic—no pressure to buy like you might find elsewhere. The customer support here is top-notch, super quick to respond and they really prioritize the customer. They understand that a positive experience means you'll return. When my Dac took longer to arrive than I thought, they offered me a loaner display model until my new one showed up. Just fantastic service all around.

In my view, Nintronics is simply the best. They offer top-notch products and provide fantastic guidance. When it comes to home theater or cinema gear, I wouldn’t rely on anyone else. Plus, their after-sales support is superb. Roger, Adam, and the rest of the crew always take good care of you. Highly recommend! 👍

"Let Down"
Let down. I made a purchase through the site, which claimed the item was available. After waiting 5 days without any updates, I reached out to them and found out they were out of stock and waiting for it to come in. When it finally arrived, the supposed ‘next day’ delivery took a whole 5 days. This isn’t the level of service I anticipated based on the reviews below; I can only guess they were having a rough patch.

But I've had multiple interactions with the Nintronics crew (Sales, Admin, the whole team) over the past year, and they've been awesome. Questions were answered quickly and politely; my purchases were managed smoothly, and they set clear expectations regarding delivery times for pricey items that no Hi-Fi retailer keeps on hand.
Plus, every time I scored a fantastic deal, so what’s not to love?
I’ll definitely be returning to Nintronics in the future.

"Absolutely Amazing"
Absolutely amazing! I can't recommend Nintronics enough. They offer everything you could want from a dealer. The team is really down to earth. Sadly, a lot of dealers can be quite snobby and don’t seem to care about big sales if you don’t fit their mold. The knowledge here is impressive, and the showroom is phenomenal. Over the past six months, I've made two significant purchases from them and couldn't be more satisfied. Even though I'm 250 miles away, this place is now my go-to for any future upgrades.
